Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

Singlife is looking for a Project Manager to lead technology projects that enable meaningful financial protection for customers. The role will plan, execute and deliver initiatives in line with the company’s project management framework, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality are managed throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned technology projects from initiation to deployment, transition and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project baselines covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, assumptions, dependencies and constraints.
• Establish project governance, steering committees and stakeholder forums, and manage inter‑project dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts and infrastructure specialists.
• Plan and track business readiness activities such as training, communications and handover to operations.
• Oversee deployment readiness, cut‑over and rollback planning, and obtain production go‑live approvals.
• Support post‑deployment validation, hyper‑care monitoring and formal project closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, executing and delivering technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to drive decisions within a structured governance framework.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple functional teams and external vendors.
