Project Manager (Renewable Energy, Wind Projects)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead planning, execution and delivery of renewable energy projects, focusing on wind power developments. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards while coordinating internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of wind and other renewable energy projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and HSE teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Monitor risks, issues and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Utilise project management tools and software for tracking documentation and communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the wind energy industry with proven project management experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organization and communication skills.
• Valid Global Wind Organization (GWO) certification for the contract duration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Global Wind Organization (GWO) certification.
