Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Hybrid, Manila)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of renewable energy projects in the Philippines. This hybrid position is based in Manila and requires close coordination with engineering, procurement, construction teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Monitor and control project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Track performance, manage risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Oversee EPC activities, interpret technical drawings and contracts, and ensure proper procurement and installation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of combined project and construction management experience, preferably in solar power farm projects.
• Professional license exam passed (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site at project locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with Asana (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EPC processes, construction methods, materials and technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and contracts.
