Project Manager (Property Management Software & Customer Success)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to lead the implementation of our property management SaaS platform for global clients. Based in Manila, you will act as the bridge between Portuguese‑speaking stakeholders and the local team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and customers receive top‑tier support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end software deployment projects, from kickoff to hand‑off.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Portuguese‑speaking clients, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing customer success support.
• Collaborate with the Manila team, using Tagalog when appropriate to streamline internal processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in implementation workflows and propose scalable improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, customer success, or SaaS implementation.
• Direct experience with property management systems or real‑estate software.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal); Tagalog proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Based in Manila or willing to relocate for a full‑time onsite role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
