Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead professional services implementations for our cloud contact‑center platform. The role reports to the Supervisor of Professional Services and works closely with customers and internal teams to deliver successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects, creating detailed project plans and charters.
• Communicate progress, status updates and risks to internal staff and customer stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with other project managers, partners and vendors to ensure streamlined product roll‑outs.
• Maintain and update internal project applications and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present Five9 Professional Services value through demos, presentations and open discussions with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, project management or technical consulting, preferably in the call‑center industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Project Management (charters, status reports, risk mitigation).
• Call‑center and SaaS solution expertise.
• Vendor management and client development.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead‑management platforms (Salesforce, Siebel, NetSuite, RightNow, Leads360, LeadMailbox).
• Knowledge of VoIP, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, IVR/VRU, WFM and WFO applications.
