Project Manager – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in a fully remote, night‑shift environment (9 am EST – 6 pm EST). The role focuses on driving alignment, maintaining visibility, and ensuring consistent project management practices using Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and department‑specific task boards in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple teams to meet goals and deadlines.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, meetings, and follow‑ups for development teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress tracking.
• Keep team boards up‑to‑date, reflecting current priorities and status.
• Assist in planning, deployment, documentation, and handover of completed work.
• Identify risks, delays, and blockers and collaborate with leaders to resolve them.
• Prepare simple reports and updates for management.
• Champion consistent work‑management practices and guide teams in basic Agile principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience.
• Scrum Master or PMP‑related certification/training.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); American accent is a plus.
• Comfortable working full‑time night shift and remotely.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks (3+ years) and supporting US‑based or distributed teams.
