Project Manager – Lead $10M Tech Projects

About the role

Seven Consulting is looking for a full‑time Project Manager to own a flagship technology transformation worth approximately A$10 million. You will drive the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards and business benefits are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a high‑value project, keeping it on time, on budget and on quality.
• Unite clients, vendors and internal teams around a transparent roadmap and measurable KPIs.
• Maintain crystal‑clear status reporting through rigorous controls, live dashboards and proactive communication.
• Coach junior project managers, share best‑practice playbooks and champion continuous improvement.
• Select and apply the most suitable delivery approach – waterfall, agile or hybrid – based on project needs.
• Stay calm under pressure, safeguarding schedules when unexpected challenges arise.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering A$10 million+ projects for Tier‑1 clients.
• Exceptional stakeholder‑management skills, from C‑suite executives to external vendors.
• Strong leadership that inspires confidence and repeat collaboration.
• Fluency in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery methods (certifications a plus).
• References that attest to integrity, direct communication and relentless follow‑through.
