Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to both internal initiatives and client‑facing projects. You will work closely with department heads, internal teams, clients, and senior leadership to move projects from planning through execution to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects across multiple departments, managing scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review and improve existing processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Facilitate alignment between department heads, project owners, and stakeholders, creating accountability for timelines and commitments.
• Serve as the primary partner for client projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Provide the CEO and senior leadership with clear, timely updates, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Support management with meeting preparation, calendar coordination, and high‑quality written communications as needed.
