Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of WFM initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing new processes and tools, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting change management for smooth adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define project milestones, timelines, and allocate resources.
• Monitor task progress, quality, ROI, and cost effectiveness.
• Identify, flag, and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
• Prepare and present regular status updates and change communications.
• Create and improve project‑lifecycle processes to increase efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communication, coordinate training, and drive adoption.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, preferably in workforce management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under pressure.
