Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will drive visibility, governance, and delivery discipline across regional implementations and operational transformation initiatives in APAC. Acting as the connective layer between senior leadership and on‑the‑ground teams, the role ensures alignment, momentum, and clear ownership of actions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of regional implementations and operational initiatives across defined workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, trackers and status reporting tools.
• Track progress against milestones, highlight risks, dependencies and delays, and support resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions and follow‑ups to keep teams aligned.
• Represent the business in client‑facing interactions, including workshops, due‑diligence interviews and implementation activities.
• Provide structured updates to stakeholders and support escalation of key risks or issues.
• Support governance routines such as project reviews, status updates and reporting packs for leadership forums.

• Ability to challenge constructively, drive accountability and maintain delivery focus in fast‑moving, complex environments.
• Mindset for transparent reporting of priorities, progress, risks and dependencies.
