Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will be accountable for meeting schedule, budget, and quality targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee projects and programs that establish quality objectives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate directly with managers, employees, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements and expectations.
• Create detailed work plans with schedules, milestones, controls, and risk factors.
• Identify complex risks, lead risk reviews, devise mitigation strategies, and implement action plans.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, both individually and as part of a team.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
• Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership, exploring new possibilities, and adding value.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business strategies, goals, and missions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience planning projects with large data sets and making data‑driven decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts aligned with CST/EST time zones and attend on‑site interviews as needed.
