Project Manager

About the role

Tetra Pak is looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of packaging and processing projects in Manila. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with the project charter.
• Develop work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets and quality targets.
• Utilise global tools such as OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS and Project Governance to drive productivity.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and variation orders.
• Engage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including WCM and Lessons Learned.
• Promote team wellbeing and alignment with corporate wellbeing priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience, preferably on small‑to‑medium projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of PMI/PMBOK or similar project management principles.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel when required.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2.
