Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects for Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Philippines. The role involves planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects that support our global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, budget and schedule and maintain the implementation plan.
• Assign work packages, mobilise resources and track progress against governance frameworks.
• Monitor risks, issues and opportunities, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with project sponsors, apply quality‑assurance standards and drive timely decision‑making.
• Lead project closure activities, verify deliverables, assess business‑case outcomes and capture lessons learned.
• Coach and develop the project team, clarify roles and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain and evolve project‑management methods, tools and templates, and deliver training as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience leading cross‑functional projects with budget and personnel responsibility.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders across cultures.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on on‑time delivery.

Required skills
