Project Manager – GoHighLevel & CRM Implementations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead GoHighLevel buildouts, CRM implementations, workflow automations, and business process optimization for our clients. This client‑facing position bridges the gap between clients and our remote development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end GoHighLevel and CRM implementation projects.
• Lead client onboarding, discovery calls, and project planning sessions.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate developers, track progress, and maintain timelines using Asana.
• Facilitate regular client updates and status meetings.
• Review deliverables for quality and resolve risks, blockers, and scope changes.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on GoHighLevel experience.
• Proven experience managing CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work directly with clients.
