Full‑Stack System Developer for Pharmacy Operations

About the role

The Web/System Developer will design, build and maintain web‑based applications that support GetMeds Philippines’ pharmacy operations, order processing, inventory management and POS. You will create an integrated platform that streamlines order placement, validation, fulfillment, dispensing, delivery or pickup, and provides real‑time inventory visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web applications for pharmacy, order, inventory and POS workflows.
• Build end‑to‑end order management workflows from placement through fulfillment and delivery.
• Develop and integrate POS functionality with inventory and sales records.
• Design databases, APIs and system integrations linking various business applications.
• Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure data security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues affecting business operations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, STC, Hospital, HR/Admin and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, user guides and change logs, and provide user training and support.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (Claude AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to boost coding productivity and automate workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in web application or system development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
