Project Manager – Fixed Network

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead fixed network and telecommunications projects across Mindanao. You will be responsible for guiding projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while maintaining strong client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project delivery plans aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
• Lead fixed network deployments, overseeing design, survey, installation, and testing phases.
• Create detailed schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage scope, changes, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Establish project governance, communication plans, and reporting processes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and maintain financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including bid management, construction, or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience managing fixed network or telecommunications projects, preferably in Mindanao or multi‑regional deployments.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred but not required.
