Project Manager – Customer Implementation (Cebu)

About the role

Benifex is building its first team of Project Managers in the Philippines to support global customers across APAC and beyond. You will own a portfolio of customer projects, ranging from new implementations to renewal initiatives, and ensure they are delivered on time and to the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage projects using Benifex’s proven methodology.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans that sequence all required activities.
• Manage issues, risks and change requests to keep projects on schedule.
• Produce clear project documentation and deliver presentations to senior customer representatives.
• Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with senior customers and internal executive teams.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience with at least one recognised methodology (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Track record of delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience with system integration projects, preferably HR or payroll integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Detail‑oriented “completer‑finisher” mindset.

• Competitive salary ₱70,000‑₱90,000 plus ₱5,000 allowances.
