Project Manager – Construction Projects (Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for a leading retail organization in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality retail facilities on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, preventing overruns and delays.
• Implement quality‑control measures to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, resolve issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed on‑site.
• Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and risk‑mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
