Project Manager – Construction (Muntinlupa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Muntinlupa, focusing on FDAS and auxiliary items.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources.
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, progress billing, and variation orders.
• Manage testing & commissioning, project close‑out, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• PRC‑licensed Electronics or Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years experience in FDAS and auxiliary items.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management abilities.
