Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring they align with our company’s strategy and goals. The role involves coordinating all phases from planning to completion while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall project planning, implementation, execution, control, and completion.
• Define project tasks, resource requirements, and allocate budget and personnel.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and quality assurance plans.
• Monitor progress continuously, generate reports, and present updates to top management.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results upon completion.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager in general construction, both horizontal and vertical.
• Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Hands‑on experience in construction project management.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.
