Project Manager – Cebu

About the role

Terol Advisory Group is creating a Project Manager Pool in Cebu to support a range of complex expansion, M&A, and operational transition projects. The role offers experienced professionals the chance to lead project initiatives across engineering, BPO, and logistics domains.

Key responsibilities

• Expedite project activities by monitoring deliverables, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, and identifying potential delays.
• Manage logistics for materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely tracking and allocation.
• Conduct inspection, quality control, and compliance checks to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise Smartsheet and other digital platforms for project tracking, reporting, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to improve planning, documentation, data analysis, and overall project efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate meetings, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Engineering background or related experience.
• Experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong technical and project management expertise.
• PMP certification (or equivalent such as PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, timelines, and deliverables in fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organisational, and communication skills.
