Project Management Superintendent

About the role

The Project Management Superintendent will lead end‑to‑end delivery of new product development, innovation and product change projects at Dole. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines, quality, regulatory standards and business objectives, from feasibility through commercial launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements and deliverables for NPD initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with standard lead times.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and resolve conflicts to meet launch dates.
• Coordinate daily activities of PDIC, QA, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics teams.
• Prepare master data for SAP setup and verify accuracy of system information.
• Manage transition projects, close write‑offs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex product development or innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of cross‑functional collaboration in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and maintain resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
