Project Lead

About the role

Cebu Pacific is seeking a dynamic Project Lead to drive initiatives across the Program Management Office. You will oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality criteria.
• Communicate project expectations and updates to stakeholders.
• Define and apply appropriate project methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors; prepare RFP/RFI documents and service level agreements.
• Develop vendor selection criteria, conduct benchmarking, and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
• Facilitate business case creation and scope analysis to assess feasibility of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong background in project management processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make critical decisions.
