Project Development Manager (Cavite)

About the role

The Project Development Manager will oversee the profitability and full lifecycle of real estate development projects, from feasibility studies through design, construction, launch and hand‑over to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify development opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition of project sites.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to create project concepts and detailed specifications.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop go‑to‑market strategies and align project milestones with launch timelines.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control for projects.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate progress, challenges and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
