Project Coordinator – Tourism Coordination Division

About the role
The Tourism Coordination Division is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative and logistical support for its tourism programs, projects, events, and activities. This role ensures smooth planning, execution, and documentation of departmental initiatives while promoting Quezon City’s tourism offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing tourism programs, projects, events, and activities.
- Prepare, file, and maintain reports, memoranda, correspondence, and other official documents related to tourism operations.
- Document, monitor, and prepare reports on departmental activities, meetings, and field operations.
- Support the promotion and dissemination of tourism-related activities to stakeholders and the public.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably BS Tourism Management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Civil service eligibility is advantageous but not mandatory.
