About the role

Kroll is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative, document management and project support for its Manila operations. This hybrid position blends office‑based collaboration with remote flexibility, ensuring smooth delivery of client projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems.
  • Prepare and edit proposal decks and other client‑facing materials.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
  • Support project teams by handling routine administrative tasks and tracking progress.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy.
  • Self‑motivated multitasker capable of handling several priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and presentation preparation.
