Project Coordinator – Greenfield Projects (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the daily operations of our greenfield beverage production projects in Central Luzon. The role is contract‑based for two years and will be based in Tarlac, working closely with internal teams, OEM suppliers and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate project update reports for the project team and steering committee.
• Coordinate daily office operations, administrative support and schedule project‑related meetings and appointments.
• Collaborate with OEM suppliers across multiple countries and communicate with Coca‑Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines counterparts.
• Liaise with government institutions to secure and manage permits and documentation.
• Manage multiple meetings with work streams, vendors, contractors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to be based in Tarlac, Central Luzon.
• 5‑10 years of experience in beverage production lines, machine installations and construction processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
