Professional Driver for Fintech Operations

About the role

PalmPay, a leading fintech company expanding its device finance business in the Philippines, is looking for a reliable and professional driver. The role supports field operations, collections, and device distribution across Manila and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, documents, devices, and equipment to designated locations on schedule.
• Assist field, sales, and collections teams by moving between branches, partner outlets, and customer sites.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, roadworthiness, and perform routine checks.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep accurate logbooks, trip records, and delivery documentation.
• Load, unload, and securely handle company assets as needed.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or operational challenges promptly.
• Provide general operational support for administrative and logistics tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; driving certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of driver experience, preferably in consumer finance, fintech, or retail.
• Prior exposure to Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar operations is desirable.
• Valid Philippine driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong knowledge of Manila traffic routes and vehicle maintenance.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
