Operations & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations & Inventory Coordinator to keep our ecommerce fulfilment running smoothly. The role focuses on inventory planning, supplier coordination and product setup, ensuring stock levels match demand.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory needs, monitor stock levels and plan reorders.
• Track SKU performance, identify stock‑out or overstock risks and flag trends.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm reorders, delivery timelines and quality checks.
• Work with 3PL and fulfilment partners to manage inbound shipments, restocks and shipment performance.
• Set up and maintain product listings, SKUs and pricing in Shopify.
• Support product launches and the rollout of new sales channels.
• Maintain accurate operational records and tracking systems.

Required profile

• Experience in ecommerce operations, inventory management or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong spreadsheet and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record coordinating with suppliers or fulfilment partners.
• High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.

• Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
