Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily operations on the food‑packaging production floor, ensuring that output meets established standards and schedules. This role requires close coordination with foremen, section heads, and the Plant Manager to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily performance review meetings to compare actual attainment against standards.
• Monitor machine running compliance versus the planned schedule.
• Lead weekly performance review meetings with Production Foremen.
• Prepare and submit weekly management reports to the Plant Manager.
• Collaborate with other department heads on cross‑functional concerns.
• Monitor system compliance implementation and control production‑related downtime.
• Oversee process implementation on the shop floor and evaluate foremen and production encoders.
• Track standard cycle‑time compliance and develop action plans to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within food‑packaging manufacturing.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, direct, and control production activities.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with ISO standards is a plus.
• Capability to supervise 400‑500 employees and work effectively under pressure.
