Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing shift operations in a dairy/food processing environment. The role ensures product quality, on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned shift to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with co‑supervisors on production planning, organizing, reporting, and control activities.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve company KPIs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and protect equipment and tools.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical) or Food Technology with a solid background in dairy/food processing.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time‑management, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
• Relevant certifications in food safety, GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and food handling.
