Production Specialist – Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the role

Production Specialists process wafers of various technologies and support manufacturing operations at wafer fabs or assembly test sites. The role involves operating equipment for test, tap and reel or mark and pack functions in semiconductor production.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual, automatic or semi‑automatic machines used in semiconductor product production.
• Perform specific assembly test site functions such as testing, tapping, reeling, marking and packing.
• Support manufacturing operations at wafer fabs or assembly test sites.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Either 2 years of undergraduate technical studies, or STEM/ICT senior high school graduate, or high school graduate with 1 year semiconductor/automated manufacturing experience, or non‑technical graduate with no recent related work.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including graveyard shift and 12‑hour shifts with prolonged standing.
