About the role
STMicroelectronics is seeking a Production Operator for the Ops2 Test line. The role involves operating machines, following work instructions, and supporting daily production activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate assigned machines according to the established man‑to‑machine ratio and follow detailed work instructions.
- Perform basic production operations, support non‑machine activities, and adhere to the task schedule set by the supervisor.
- Complete all standard production transactions, log sheets, and report abnormalities or improvement suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, health, environment, security, and good housekeeping rules.
Required profile
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain production schedules.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and documentation procedures.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a shift environment.
Required skills
- Basic machine operation in a manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of quality checklists and safety regulations.
