Production Operator

About the role
The Production Operator will work on the factory floor assembling small components. This position requires standing for extended periods and flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule. The role is based near LISP 1 in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble small components with clear visual accuracy.
- Maintain a standing work posture throughout the shift.
- Follow the assigned shift schedule and adapt to schedule changes as needed.
Required profile
- At least a high school graduate.
- Good visual acuity for assembling small parts.
- Willingness to work in a standing position.
- Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
- Ability to commute or relocate near LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna.
