About the role
We are looking for a Product Specific Trainer to deliver on‑site training programs for our call‑center teams in Cebu, Philippines. You will play a key part in ensuring agents acquire the product knowledge and skills needed to provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive product‑specific training sessions to trainees on‑site.
- Develop, update and maintain training materials and curricula to keep them relevant and effective.
- Facilitate engaging sessions, monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with team members to schedule and organize training sessions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on outcomes and performance.
Required profile
- 2‑year undergraduate degree (communications arts or education preferred).
- 1‑2 years experience as a call‑center/BPO product‑specific trainer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop talent to its full potential.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
