Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Product Specialist to generate and expand demand for our pharmaceutical products by representing the company to health‑care professionals (HCPs). The role focuses on building the organisation’s image and boosting HCP confidence through effective marketing and product communication.

Key responsibilities

• Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by the company.
• Driving sales performance and ensuring forecasts meet therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Developing and maintaining in‑depth knowledge of market, demographic and managed‑market information for the assigned sales territory.
• Ensuring product listing in accounts and executing marketing activities according to the defined strategy.
• Facilitating on‑time availability of medicines and complying with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product promotion.
• Ability to build relationships with health‑care professionals and represent the company’s image.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and managed‑market environments.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
