About the role
As a Business Development Representative at ClearDesk, you will be the first point of contact for potential partners and referral sources. Your outreach will turn curiosity into collaboration, helping U.S. businesses build high‑performing remote teams while supporting families in need of care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify high‑value referral sources and partners serving affluent clients with in‑home care needs.
- Make outbound cold calls and send personalized emails to schedule warm, in‑person meetings for the owner.
- Enter and maintain accurate outreach, follow‑up, and meeting data in the CRM (Zoho or equivalent).
- Track contact history, referral source activity, and meeting outcomes to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate email follow‑ups and nurture relationships with leads, partners, and referral sources.
- Monitor and update limited social‑media channels to raise awareness.
- Assist with administrative tasks during slower periods to ensure daily productivity.
Required profile
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building genuine connections.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
