Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, shaping vision, strategy and execution for assigned product areas. Working closely with engineering, design, sales and marketing, you will translate market and user insights into successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Conduct user and market research to define personas, competitive landscape and critical customer segments.
• Translate user needs into user stories and collaborate with engineering during Agile sprints.
• Prioritise feature backlogs, lead sprint planning and act as the primary liaison for technical teams.
• Partner with design to refine interaction and visual concepts.
• Set product goals, define metrics and track performance.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities in coordination with marketing and other stakeholders.
• Work with product leadership to align portfolio priorities and manage dependencies, including pricing considerations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in agile product management.
• Strong grasp of product discovery, prioritisation and delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user and market research.
• Excellent communication skills to evangelise product vision and align stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated with solid task and time‑management capabilities.
