Product Analyst

About the role

The product analytics team drives data‑driven insights for product strategy and performance. As a Product Analyst you will identify improvement opportunities, collaborate across functions, and ensure analytical accuracy aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Identify trends and patterns for product and process improvements.
• Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data, risk, and engineering teams to support strategy deployments.
• Monitor product updates ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• High attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Python or R programming.
• Experience with a business intelligence tool such as Tableau or PowerBI.
