About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to source, validate and negotiate goods and services, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, delivery and payment terms for Okada Manila.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, validate and negotiate required goods and services using Total Cost of Ownership principles.
  • Prepare bid tabulations from RFP/RFQ processes and recommend suppliers.
  • Create purchase orders or contracts in the procurement system in line with organizational policies.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and provide documentation for PO or contract discrepancies.
  • Maintain weekly trackers and reports to support decision‑making and supplier performance reviews.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, emotional resilience and ability to influence teams.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using a procurement system for creating orders and contracts.
