Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and purchasing activities for our semiconductor production. The role ensures cost‑effective procurement, high supplier performance and strict compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier quotations.
• Source, negotiate and secure the best value from suppliers.
• Conduct supplier evaluation, qualification and performance reviews.
• Perform cost analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, RBA/CSR guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of supplier management, cost analysis and procurement best practices.
