Procurement Operations Analyst, EMEA/APAC

About the role

DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Procurement Operations Analyst in Manila, Philippines, to support Regional Service Delivery by executing defined Source-to-Pay services for business users and suppliers. The analyst acts as a front-line representative of Procurement Operations, working directly with requestors, suppliers, category teams, Finance, Accounts Payable, master data, Technology and other functions. The role is listed as hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).

Key responsibilities

• Process procurement requests accurately and within service levels, procedures, approval requirements and regional business rules.
• Support requisitions and purchase orders, buying-channel guidance, supplier onboarding, catalog support, contract handoffs, invoice troubleshooting and inquiry resolution.
• Validate request completeness, business justification, coding, approvals, supplier information and supporting documentation.
• Respond to users and suppliers through approved channels, follow up and document case status and resolution.
• Investigate workflow, access, supplier, catalog, transaction or system issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor queues, aging, deadlines, data quality and service commitments, escalating urgent or complex matters.
• Prepare routine operational reports and use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Follow procurement policy, delegation of authority, segregation of duties, privacy, information security and regulatory expectations.
• Participate in process mapping, root-cause analysis, procedure updates, system testing, training and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Analytics or a related field is preferred.
• Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, shared services, supply chain, finance operations, master data, customer operations or a related environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language relevant to the region is preferred.
• Up to 5% domestic or international travel, depending on business needs.

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard collaboration and productivity tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization and follow-through.
• Written and verbal communication, customer service, collaboration and problem-solving.
• Preferred: SAP Ariba, SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, ticketing tools, contract applications, Power BI, understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, and shared-services or life-sciences experience.
