Print Designer

About the role

Outsourcey is looking for a creative Print Designer to join the Sleepwear Buying team. You will shape seasonal print direction, translate runway and colour trends into original artwork, and support the buying team with fresh patterns that align with market and customer preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret colour, print and runway trends and present them to the Managing Director and Buying team.
• Identify key print trends for the brand and assist in setting seasonal print direction.
• Create innovative prints and patterns based on briefs, ensuring timely delivery within critical path timelines.
• Collaborate with external print vendors to develop monthly print stories and update artwork as designs evolve.
• Maintain a digitalised print resource library and propose improvements to the print offering.
• Support Buyers by refreshing prints after workshops and range reviews.

Required profile

• Strong creative and commercial print design capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Proven problem‑solving, research and trend‑analysis skills.
• Intermediate‑level relevant experience in print design, preferably in fashion or retail.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
