Principal Specialist, Procurement

About the role

The Non-Product Procurement Team is looking for a Principal Specialist to act as a Subject Matter Expert in indirect procurement. You will lead project execution, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure contract compliance across multiple spend categories.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement projects in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and site stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sourcing, RFP/RFQ/RFI, and contract negotiation strategies.
• Manage contract governance, including MSAs, MTAs, SLAs, and SOWs.
• Analyze spend, demand, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
• Lead supplier performance management, business reviews, and scorecard reporting.
• Coach junior team members and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or supply chain sourcing.
• Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving compliance with corporate terms and ethical standards.
