About the role
Cundall is seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services expert to join its Philippines office. You will lead the delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions across diverse sectors, contributing to the firm’s sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems (ventilation, cooling, heating) for education, commercial, healthcare, retail and critical projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technically‑excellent, profitable outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple large‑scale projects, guiding junior staff and maintaining high quality standards.
Required profile
- Degree (MEng/BEng) in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- Broad experience in building services mechanical engineering, preferably with data centre or critical systems exposure.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and deliver beyond client expectations.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with IES.
- Familiarity with CYMAP and/or Hevacomp.
