Pricing Manager – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance and supply chain services. The role will also lead internal account management to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pricing and Internal Account Management functions.
• Collaborate with global partners and agents to optimise operational workflows and service delivery.
• Streamline account management processes with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of Account Management Officers, ensuring departmental productivity and target achievement.
• Coach, mentor and train team members to strengthen capabilities and performance.
• Analyse account metrics and operational data, prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Negotiate with customers, vendors and partners to secure competitive commercial agreements.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and monitoring revenue performance.
• Design and implement pricing models for freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance and supply chain services.
• Ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives, market conditions, regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong background in pricing strategy and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to analyse cost and profitability data to maintain competitive pricing.
• Experience leading teams and managing internal account functions.
