Preventive Maintenance Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Preventive Maintenance Service Technician to join our growing team in the elevator and escalator industry. You will support scheduled maintenance activities, perform basic inspections, and help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) tasks and basic equipment inspections.
• Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as directed.
• Support senior technicians during troubleshooting, repairs, and detailed inspections.
• Observe and immediately report abnormal conditions such as unusual noises, vibrations, odors, error codes, or irregular operation.
• Help prepare and complete service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Strictly follow company safety procedures, lock‑out/tag‑out practices, and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Experience in preventive maintenance, technical work, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems (preferred).
• Willingness to perform field work and travel as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and act responsibly and safely.
