Post Trade Solutions PMO - Finance & Governance Lead

About the role

LSEG is looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support its Post Trade Solutions (PTS) team, responsible for portfolio-level financial governance, data integrity and strategic decision support across complex transformation programmes. The role goes beyond coordination into financial leadership, ensuring investment decisions, cost management and portfolio execution are aligned with enterprise strategy and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio financial management, including planning, forecasting and performance tracking
• Apply knowledge of CapEx vs OpEx, accruals, depreciation and cost baselining, and lead variance analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities
• Oversee complex cost allocation models across multiple programmes and give commercial insight into vendor cost structures
• Lead delivery of portfolio-level governance packs for executive stakeholders, covering reporting standards, milestone tracking and risk and issue management
• Act as subject matter expert for Clarity PPM across financials, resource management and reporting, and own portfolio data quality and integrity
• Drive standardisation of forecasting methodologies and reporting templates, and use data to produce insight-led decision support
• Engage with senior PMO and project managers, finance business partners and senior leadership, and produce executive-level governance materials
• Build capability in financial governance, tool use (Clarity, Excel, reporting) and delivery excellence under tight deadlines

Required profile

• PMO experience in financial services
• Strong proficiency in Clarity PPM, Excel financial modelling and executive reporting
• A foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, or a strong interest in growing in this area
