Platform Management Officer

About the role

The Platform Management Officer will oversee the Agency Banking platform solutions, ensuring they meet strategic business needs and deliver seamless customer experiences. This role involves managing multiple digital platforms such as onboarding microsites, APIs, digital stores, and salary‑on‑demand services.

Key responsibilities

• Define business requirements and design ideal customer journeys for assigned platform solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and related product workflows, ensuring compliance with metrics such as availability, latency, transaction targets and approval rates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders—including corporate communications, sales, marketing and agency banking teams—to resolve production issues and communicate status updates per incident‑management standards.
• Analyze platform data to uncover opportunities for feature enhancements and capability upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents, risk assessments, platform management standards and vendor contracts, securing necessary approvals.
• Execute periodic platform management tasks (license renewals, stock top‑ups, vendor contract renewals) in line with bank policies and agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer or financial services, preferably within fintech or banking.
• Background in platform or product management within the financial services sector.
• Project‑management experience.
