Plant Operations Manager – Lagundi Farm

About the role

The Plant Operations Manager will lead daily operations at Lagundi Farm in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures production schedules, quality, safety and regulatory compliance are met while coordinating with procurement, QA, logistics and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and adjust production schedules for Lagundi farming.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead and supervise plant personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, GMP and environmental health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, quality assurance, logistics and commercial.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, performance reporting and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Industrial Management or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, agribusiness or plant‑based manufacturing environments.
• Strong plant operations and production management background, including workflow planning and resource allocation.
• Proven team leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements such as GMP.
